TALKING MENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY WITH MICHAEL WESTON
Michael has been bringing his honest, captivating and utterly moving talk 'head above water' to workplaces across Australia for the past five years as a CNB speaker.
Through his welcoming and down-to-earth approach, Michael details how his 14-16 hour-a-day workload resulted in a life-altering brain injury to educate employees about the importance of mental and physical safety.
Today, he's taking us behind the talk and detailing why he's sharing his story, advice he wishes he heard before his incident, and how the journey with CNB first began.

G’day everyone, I’m sure by now you will have noticed some changes to our newsletter format. There's a simple reason for this and it's that I’m busier than a plastic surgeon in Hollywood. No offence to plastic surgeons or those who have had plastic surgery!
There is only so much time in a day, week, month and I seem to have lost some of my time so I’ve decided to hand over my beloved ‘Wheels in Motion’ to other members of our team.
Don’t worry. You will still get some of my charm and anger when someone pisses me off (F#@K Qantas), but the format will change a little and I reckon it will be better than me waffling on for ages each month.
You can still keep in touch with me on my LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or personally at Woody@cnbsafe.com.au
Give it a few issues to decide how you like it, but in the meantime... How bad were the Swans at the AFL Grand Final?.... Let me know your thoughts.
