November 2022
With the latest work-related statistics revealing the devastating impact of injury and death across industries and roles in Australia, Woody and the team took the time to reflect on the wrap up of National Safe Work Month 2022.

We've observed that conversations are evolving in the workplace with safety a priority across all facets of the organisation. We've also been encouraged by a new understanding of psychosocial injuries and the importance of mental health.

Unanimously though, the team continues to witness the powerful change that comes when sharing their stories and lived experience.

Thank-you to everyone that put work, health and safety on the agenda in this year's National Safe Work Month.

Listen to Woody's thought's below as he reminds us that "safety can't just be one month a year, safety month needs to be every month".

PUTTING OUR MONEY WHERE OUR MOUTH IS
This month our very own CNB Speaker Michael Weston is getting behind a cause that hit's close to home, by sharing his story with Beyond Blue's Christmas donation appeal.

Michael found out, you can’t always push through on your own. Michael needed a community of supportive people around him. But what about the people who don’t have that kind of community around them?

They have us. They have you.

Every donation goes to provide support to people affected by depression, anxiety and suicide.

The whole team at CNB is proud to support Michael and the Beyond Blue appeal. We thank you for considering giving to this worthwhile cause.
